Open Access
Open Access refers to scholarly articles that are freely available for public access, allowing individuals to read, share, download, or disseminate the content without restrictions. This model ensures that students, researchers, and other users can read, cite, copy, distribute, print, or link to the material while adhering to academic and legal guidelines. These articles are accessible in full text without requiring permission, and they are published in compliance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits their use and distribution as long as proper credit is given to the original author.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
The PM adheres to the Gold Open Access model, which facilitates immediate access to content following its publication. The cost of publishing under this model is supported by Article Processing Charges (APC). These charges are typically covered by the author, the author’s institution, or the funding body. The author retains full ownership of their work, while the article is licensed by Primark Consultancy.
